Great on chicken
Love this seasoning! I use it for chicken a ton and love the flavor! Not very spicy though if you eat spicy foods regularly so I normally add some cayenne pepper to add a bit more of a bite to it.

Not that hot
Great flavor for the people that like spicy, but not quite hot enough for hot hot wings, it is perfect for pizza and fried chicken or chili but don't expect tears if you like heat like that

THE BEST all purpose seasoning
I was introduced to this seasoning when I visited their store in Bisbee, AZ several years ago, and it's become a favorite of everyone in my immediate and extended family. Love this stuff on chicken, fish and pork (we don't eat red meat, but I've no doubt it'd be awesome on that too). We don't leave it out when our granddaughter is near since she's just learning how to read, but it's happy to live backwards in the cabinet in between uses

Great all around seasoning for just about everything on the menu, plus it makes me giggle seeing it amongst my other spices. Good stuff and an excellent gift.
