Serving Suggestion : Add One scoop with 750ml to 1ltr of water (not with 500ml as given) You can use it either intra-workout drink or re-hydration drink. Best suits to gym goers and athletes. Also to everyone during summer season or sunny days. I tried both ORANGE and LEMON flavors. Comparative summary as follows Sweetness - High (for both flavors) if you add with 500ml water. Follow my serving suggestion mentioned above to overcome it. After taste effect - Which compels you to take some plain water after you drink this. Both leave little after taste effect. LEMON flavor have lesser after taste effect compared to ORANGE flavor. Mixability - Both have high mixability. Either you add it with 500ml or 1ltr, it mix very well. However, when it comes in for comparison LEMON have good mixability than ORANGE. Pricing - I consider it as value for money. I can make only my personal opinion about pricing as its subjective in nature. I bought it during Lightning deals for little lesser price than selling price ( which is Rs.432, MRP Rs.540) . I give Five stars based on the Quality and Performance of the product without considering the comparative advantages. The Quality and Performance wise both the flavors same.

The flavor is great and it really gives me the boost that I need while cycling for almost 30 - 40 km. The best part is that it works instantly. The only negative is that being a frequently bought convenience product I think this price is a bit on the higher side.

I use this regularly as a pre work out or I sip it in between when I'm running or cycling. It keeps me going for longer, I've noticed this. But this isn't the highlight. My mom was diagnosed with chikungunea around October 2016, during which she suffered severe body aches and extreme fatigue. I gave her this one night when we were out of Glucon-D and she was extremely tired like hallucinating-tired and it worked wonders. We all felt her being energetic. After a year in October this year she was diagnosed with dengue and again this continues to be her life saver. It doesn't affect the platelet count in anyway, not good or bad but definitely gives her energy level and mood a positive boost. I recommend it to everyone.
