Perfect
This refillable rollerball pen is perfect for me. I love the M nib and it writes really well; how I like it to be. Its also ergonomically designed so sits nice in the hand. I have now ordered another one as well as the fountain pen version too.

An oh so smooooth roller ball that takes universal cartridges, rather than hard to find refills. What's not to like? And the cap has a clip (unlike many) so it stays put in your shirt.

Love the pen, writes well and comfortable to hold with some good weight however cap has cracked already.

Used not new
I have used these pens on many occasions and I live them. However, this pen was not new. It contained an almost empty ink cartridge. It was sold as new. To say I am disappointed is a massive understatement. I don't expect this kind of service from Amazon. Epic fail!
