外箱の中に入っているにも関わらず、ケースはかなり凹んでいて開けるところは少し破れていました。 蓋は半開きで、ちゃんと閉まっていない状態。蓋を開けると中身が少し減っていて、使用感有り、中古品が送られてきたのでしょうか。気持ち悪くて使えません。返品できないのでしょうか？

i ordered this item and it took almost two weeks to arrived . when i opened the box i was surprised that the seal is already broken . maybe during the customs check because it came from mumbai india. the cream inside has a hole . i never used it until now . so i cannot tell if this product is effective to me .

Items arrived 4 days late. Box are broken when its arrived. The seals are not trustworthy, its just a plastic sealed with sellotape. Details packaging a little bit different from pictures.( for example: Unilever mark position on packaging are different from the pictures.) I don’t know if this are real product or fake.

外箱はボロボロでテープで巻かれていた。箱を開けると中は何かの粉だらけ。ベビーパウダーか何か？？？ キャップは傷だらけで、しっかりしまっておらず半分開いている状態。新品とは思えない商品です。 コレを使う気になる人いるのでしょうか？正直星1もつけたくない。捨てるしか無さそうです… 損しました。

返品しました。残念。
