I have been using this Eureka Robot vacuum for almost a month now and i really like it. It had made mopping and vacuum so easy. I usually don’t vacuum on daily basis but ever since I bought the vacuum is set it to vacuum daily at night time which have made my kitchen floor look clean and shiny when I wake up. It came with a detailed manual which is easy to follow along and set the vacuum to my liking. It does have App that I installed which is great when I am in my bed or outside to just turn it on before guest come to my house. The suction of this robot vacuum is very impressive. I have 2 cats in the house with long hair and it suctions everything. My main concern was if it will clean and suction the hair of my pets and I was very happy when it did and it works like my Dyson vacuum does. It has the mapping system when I can set where the carpet is and where the hardwood floor is and works well and doesn’t make my carpet wet at all. My floors don’t usually get too dirty but the mopping system work good and I don’t see any foot prints on the floor. I have stairs in my house and it detects with it’s sensors which is amazing because I was worried that it would fall of the stairs. After the vacuum working daily I only have to empty it every 2 weeks which has made it so easy for me. Overall, I am very happy using this Eureka robot vacuum and not having to worry about emptying out trash, mopping, charging it, and so much more. It comes with great features that made my house cleaning process easy.

We have a household with two Australian Shepherds that are outside a lot and bring in dirt. It took some troubleshooting to finally figure out how this vacuum could be effective with everything that comes in the house. Suggestions for setting it up to be useful: 1. Vacuum before you the initial mapping of your house. This will ensure that it doesn’t get clogged up. And like it mentions remove as many obstacles as possible for the initial mapping. 2. If you have animals, like we do, set up scheduled cleanings room by room. The dust bin on the actual vacuum portion is too small for us to allow it to vacuum the whole house in one cleaning. I found that if I schedule cleanings by rooms every 1-2 hours while we are gone during the day, the vacuum will go back to the base between each room and empty into the dust bin and charge. 3. Use the “no go zones” feature if you have rugs with fringe. We have one rug in the house that has fringe that the vacuum constantly got stuck on and to alleviate the constant tangle in the brush roll I just made that rug a no go zone. 4. Our house is about 1800 square feet and the water tank will only cover about half of the floors to be mopped with the water tank. Again, break the cleanings when moping up into smaller sections. It does do a good job of detecting rugs vs hard flooring and we have not run into any issues with it getting water on the rugs. 5. If you receive an error while you are not home that it is caught on something you can try to control it manual to see if you can remove it from its obstacle. So that it can finish the cleaning. We love this vacuum for day-to-day maintenance. We still tide our upright vacuum for detailed vacuum cleanings but this helps keep up with the days in between those. It took a week or so trying out different settings and zone mapping to get it to point where it we were able to set it and forget. We definitely have to empty the unit dust cup every couple of days but that is worth it to not have the dog hair throughout the house. This is our first robot vacuum so I can’t compare it to any others and their functionality. But for the price comparison to other units and the similarities in sizes I imagine that we would have had to go through the same trial and error process to figure out that we need to have our whole house vacuumed in sections rather than all at once. It is worth it for daily maintenance. We are generally not home when it is running but when we have been and you have the highest level of suction on, it is as loud as an upright vacuum.

I recently purchased the Eureka Robot Vacuum with the self-emptying station, and it has completely transformed my cleaning routine. As someone who values convenience and efficiency, this vacuum has exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the 4000Pa suction power is outstanding. It effortlessly picks up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hardwood floors and carpets, leaving my home spotless. The LiDAR navigation is incredibly accurate, ensuring that the vacuum follows a systematic cleaning path rather than randomly wandering around like some lower-end models. I was impressed by how it efficiently maps my home and avoids obstacles with precision. The self-emptying station is a game-changer. I no longer have to empty the dustbin after every cleaning session, as the vacuum automatically transfers the debris to its large capacity bin, which can last up to 45 days. This feature alone makes it worth every penny! Another highlight is the auto-lifting mop feature, which prevents water from dripping on carpets while mopping. This is a thoughtful design that many other robot vacuums lack. The mop function does a decent job of maintaining clean floors, although it is best suited for light mopping rather than deep cleaning. The app control is intuitive and allows me to set cleaning schedules, create no-go zones, and monitor cleaning progress in real time. I also love that it integrates seamlessly with voice assistants like Alexa. Overall, this Eureka robot vacuum is a fantastic investment for anyone looking for an efficient, high-tech cleaning solution. Highly recommend it!

We’re so happy we got this robot vacuum! Our baby started crawling, and the floor was getting dirty quickly, but we had no time for manual cleaning. I spent a lot of time choosing the right one, and I’m really satisfied with this one. It was important for us that the vacuum not only picks up dirt but also mops the floor—and this one does a great job. At first, we were worried it wouldn’t recognize our wool rug and might get it wet, but it detects surfaces really well. My husband didn’t even want to buy it at first, but now he turns it on every day! It’s so nice knowing that guests can come over and the floor is always clean. Since we don’t wear shoes at home, having a dust-free floor is especially important, so our baby isn’t picking up crumbs and dirt. I’ve seen a cheaper robot vacuum that my friends have, and it doesn’t clean nearly as well. This one picks up everything, and I have nothing to complain about. The mopping function works great, but keep in mind it’s more of a light wipe rather than deep cleaning. What’s also super convenient is that you can control everything in the app, telling it exactly where to clean. Honestly, we love it so much that it feels like a little HomePet for us. If you’re looking for a really good robot vacuum that won’t break the bank, this is a great option!

We have two Border Collies who are basically non-stop fur factories. Every day, our living room and bedroom would get covered in hair, and with a newborn around, it really started to stress me out. Too much pet hair isn’t just messy—it’s not great for the baby either. That’s why we finally got this robot vacuum, and honestly, it’s been a lifesaver. The self-emptying station is the real hero here. Unlike other robot vacuums we’ve tried, this one can handle all the pet hair without needing constant attention. We empty a fully packed dust bag of dog hair about once a week—it’s kind of gross but also super satisfying. The vacuum runs daily and keeps our floors way cleaner than before. It navigates well, doesn’t freak out around dog bowls or baby toys, and keeps the baby’s crawling zone clean and safe. If you're a pet owner (especially with a baby), this is 100% worth it. It takes one big chore off your plate and gives you a little more peace of mind.
