Excellent product for Dragon
If you're looking for a headset to use with your Dragon medical software I don't believe you could find a better headset than this one. After the headset that came with the Dragon medical software broke I replaced it with an off-the-shelf headset from a large discount store. It was terrible. I would dictate in English and it looked like it was being transcribed into pig Latin. I spent more time correcting the transcription than speaking it. This headset has excellent noise cancellation as well as reproducing my desired text with very few errors. I can't speak to the quality of the ear piece as I don't use it I only use the noise canceling microphone.

Sennheiser quality shines through...
Very comfortable headset. The mic actually ends up positioned to the side of your mouth, which eliminates plosives that can be a problem with headsets that have a longer boom on the mic. Excellent speech to text conversion with Dragon Dictate 4 and Dragon Medical for Mac. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Zur Prüfung der technischen Qualit#ät von Mikrofon und Lautsprecher kam ich gar nicht mehr, weil das Gerät bereits so lose am Kopf saß und der Mikrofon-Bügel so ungünstig platziert war, dass ich umgehend zurückgeschickt habe. Ist mithin nicht für jede Kopfgröße und Frisur (hier: Glatze) geeignet. Die Retoure-Kosten musste ich selbst tragen.
