Bromadiolone is what most of the professional services use in my area (mid-west). This year has been a very mild winter and the mice are crazy bad and this stuff works. I have 6 bait stations on my property. I have used other products but this has been working the best and the price is better than Do your own pest control.

This was by far the best value on the product I wanted, but it is waaaaay too much bait. That said, it fits in the Protecta bait stations, gets nibbled, and I had no mice move in with me this year.

Rats were eating the wiring in my 2005 Chevrolet truck. They were also rusting the frame rails between the cab and bed. I have only seen one rat near a fence and that aria smelled really bad. This seems to work but I have to set out 3 blocks a night and somehow they magically disapear without a trace even in front of a hunting cameria! BUT the horrible stench is gone!

Always difficult to tell just how many / how quickly this poison works however I've bought the peanut butter version also and I put out both together - interestingly in some places the rodents like one better than the other and at other locations it's the opposite. Only conclusion I can make is that it's best to use both!

I purchased this product after the mice (in NE Ohio) became immune to the 1st gen baits Mice easily build a tolerance to Warfarin It took care of a good number but not all Still have mice it attic I wish they Switch bait ingredients, so mice don’t become immune

I place home made bait tubes around home foundation in autumn to keep mice from coming in. I use small cans with bait on wire drilled near bottom of can, with holes on bottom, should water get in. Creatures at night ate JT Eaton 709-PN Bait Block like candy. Tried this product in 6 cans - 1 block was nibbled on, the rest not even disturbed. Same cans / locations. Either this product has no lure / scent or it is a quality control issue.
