TotalBoat Thickset Casting Epoxy Resin

So this is the best value I found for a good quality epoxy, easy to mix, takes around 4 hours to setup so not the fastest but it hardens really well and bubble free, I have even used this for making carbon fiber parts and works great!

Good epoxy for the medium to shallow pours. Would probably work great for flood coats just never used as such.

I love this resin. I can make so many different things. I have made skulls and elephants and wood/resin bowls as well as many other items with it. It comes out nice and clear easy to work with adding colors or just plain. Great value for the cost. 48 hour cure time.

Works great.Just like you would expect it to. Watch videos to give you an idea of what you're doing. Yes, use a heat gun, and it's actually kind of cool to watch the bubbles come right up and out. And once it's dry, it is crystal clear. You can also tint it.

This epoxy was super easy to use thanks to the simple 1:1 mix ratio. I used it for several charcuterie boards and was able to make three boards from one kit, so the value was absolutely worth it considering the return on the finished boards. The pour was smooth, and adding color was very straightforward. The epoxy mixed evenly and cured exactly as expected. As long as you follow the instructions, it’s pretty much foolproof. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be using TotalBoat epoxy again for future projects.

Total boat is the best as well as affordable epoxies around. I've used several over 40 years and total boat is one of my top three I use. They offer several types for different applications. Deep pour is tried/true. Clear, low bubbles. I suggest an electric mixer and follow the time for mixing. Not mixing well can break your job and loose $$$. Be patient, mix well and follow the ratio of mix as they can vary. I highly recommend total boat!
