It tastes good. Not too hot. So it has been take quality. Adds to a good routine.

Truly feel like this helped give me the jumpstart to get to back on my period and is effective. After 4 years with nexplanon(birth control) and no period I was told it could take 2-4 months to come back but yet it took me 8 months. I also did a yoni steam with it before I even drank it and will be doing one every so after. Now that I have my period I’m definitely using it for its other amazing benefits and purpose. It is very thick when left in fridge. Otherwise it taste great, I still have sachets left.

It’s smells so good and all you need is a little sweetener. It helps with cramps so I buy it regularly.
