I am quite impressed with the quality of this sheet. Been using it for a month and I feel there is reduction in the inflammation on my back. Will be buying again for family, it's a simple product but extremely useful with a lot of health benefits.

A complete waste of money

If you have problems sleeping, this product does the job for a good night sleep.

Strange, nobody has mentioned heat, it’s almost like an electric blanket heat wise. You can feel something going on like a tingling. The first night it sort of arrested my restless legs from starting… just kept it to the early warning pre twitching, which was good except that it was trying to evolve into a full blown fit of restless legs. It is a lovely soft material and will tuck under one side of the bed (kingsize and deep mattress) so is a decent size. I think it gives a better quality of sleep rather than longer sleep. It hasn’t radically improved my back pain but will continue with it to see. So for the price it gives hope if nothing else.

After a couple of weeks of using this blanket my opinion is quite neutral about it. It surely grounds you but I personally can't say that there is a before and after. One thing for sure is that you don't have to touch any electrical stuff that is not well isolated when you are in contact with the blanket because you will feel the electricity.

I honestly didn’t expect such a big difference, but this grounding sheet is a massive improvement. From the first night, my sleep felt deeper and more restful. I wake up feeling refreshed, and the usual tension in my shoulders has eased. It’s well made, easy to use, and fits the bed nicely. If you’re curious about grounding, this is a great product to start with!

I have had my grounding sheet for 2 weeks now I’m unsure what this is supposed to to do it does not fit well on my mattress keeps sliding and just would love to know what results I should be getting now especially for the price ?
