Keyboard broke on within the first 2 weeks of me having it.. Cheaply made .. flat keyboard that’s not worth honestly a waste of money

ive owned this keyboard for roughly 2 months and in my personal opinion, if your looking for a keyboard with good performance for a budget price, sure this may be a good choice, but if your going for performance without a care about the price, the apex pro mini may be a more solid choice, i own both and from what ive seen the 1k polling rate on the apex pro mini seems faster and more responsive than the "8k polling rate" on this keyboard, the software is also kind of bad, very confusing, the manual also doesn't give good instructions, but they keyboard is nice, if your looking for a white keyboard and want TRUE white RGB, you won't get that with this because the switches alter the color making it blue, not the worst keyboard but not as good as it claims to be.

The keyboard is great and I'd highly recommend it. The backlights look really nice and the keyboard sounds awesome. It doesn't feel cheap at all and for the price point the keyboard is great since it offers a more premium feel for a lower price. The software is great too I can customize everything such as the blacklights, macros, and actuation points. The cable included is very nice and the 8000k transfer rate it offers makes the keyboard feel really fast. All in all I'd highly recommend this keyboard especially for the price point.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We have had this keyboard for five months and it stopped working. The RGB doesn't turn on and there is no input when you type. We have tried different cables to resolve the issue to no avail. We are, of course, outside of the return and support window.

Works great for sons gaming set up

This is a fairly strong budget/value keyboard - despite some shortcomings it does a lot of things pretty well. It's not perfect and it's up against quite a few strong budget contenders, but it's not a bad option at all. The good stuff: it's well made and feels solid - the chassis seems to be plastic but there's a lot of weight there. The switches and caps are both swappable, giving you a great platform for future upgrades and tweaks. It also sounds good (but be warned it's a bit noisy in a big office). I personally prefer a more tactile switch so I'd love to throw in some different switches and see how it goes. There are a couple of issues that are worth mentioning. The first is that there are no feet so there's no way to change the angle of the keyboard. I'm happy with this as is, but my partner did NOT like this and much prefers her keyboards elevated at the back, so be warned. I also found the software difficult to use and really quite tricky to get my head around. I get that it's a complex device but it needs to be more user friendly. Overall, pretty good as a budget mechanical keyboard. It's highly customisable and a good basis for further tweaks, but decide whether you can live with the flaws too.
