Pretty amazing stuff. We have 6 gallons of blueberry wine that just wouldn't get going (SG 1.090.) We even used 2 packs of Lalvin 1118 and still almost nothing was happening. After about 9 days, we added 1 teaspoon per gallon of this yeast nutrient and it was bubbling in the airlock within a few hours. 24 hours later and its going crazy! Also had a 1 gallon batch of blackberry that was just slowly chugging along...a bubble or two in the airlock every few minutes. Was hanging out at ~1.020 for about 2 weeks. Added 1/2 tsp to that one and fermentation seems to have kicked back into gear. Seems to be exactly what our wine needed.
