Exactly as described. Works perfect for wrapping around knee or back. Size is great for covering entire back at once. I had a ribcage injury from a fall, and after just a few days I felt relief. With continued use, the pain is now gone. Lent mat to my granddaughter for knee problem caused by sports. After a week she is no longer needing her knee brace she was quite reliant on. Didn't help as much with the osteoarthritis in my knee. Really like that it is a comforting warmth, but not hot to touch with body. Have a metal framed one that works but gets too hot. Red light therapy is awesome!

I bought this for myself because I have bad knees and I've been hiking a lot and have been sore. After just a few uses, this thing makes my body feel like I'm 18 again. I even started using it from my little dog who has problems with her shoulder. Sometimes we share it since it's big enough. When she's sleeping I put it over her and I put the other part over me. I'm not one to believe in gimmicks or anything like that but this thing really works. I use it mostly on high and on red light mode. I have no meniscus in either knee and get pain and inflammation in my knees and ankles on occasion. Since I started using this I have no knee issues or anything else. It's obviously not a magic fix if you have physical issues but I can honestly say this thing is a game changer as far as pain and muscle recovery.

This red light mat works well and easy to use for almost every part of the body. The size is big enough to cover the entire back of a big and tall person like my husband. The mat is made with quality materials that is durable and easy to clean. When it's turned on, it has slight warmth on the surface, and the energy level is very comfortable. Great product!

I LOVE comfytemp products. This is my third purchase from them. Their products are high quality and work well. This is a decent size mat with full coverage of lights. I love that you have different intensities (heat) and different light variations. My only two recommendations are it needs a longer cord and the width should be wider so that when you’re lying on it, your arms are too!

Edit: The first pad died in about 2 months. I presume it was defective. The company reached out to me and offered a replacement for free. It arrived in just a few days, and this new one has done wonders!! Its a great heating pad, the red light probably has great benefits, and its very large for a red light pad. I would recommend the company for sure! Original review: It worked well while it worked, It got nice and hot. Nothing changed but it suddenly won't turn on anymore. The two buttons on the front will light up and activate, but the pad itself doesn't work, the red lights won't turn on. I asked but Amazon said no returns or refunds.

So far, I have had this mat for a couple of months and it has been very reliable. My teenage boys fight over the face mask for their acne, so since I had this mat, I gave it to one of them and he likes it better because he can use it over his face and chest which occasionally breaks out as well. I, personally, like to use it in my recliner while watching a show. Helps with the back aches. Great product!

Easy to use! Best size to use on different areas of the body. Wrap around a limb, shoulder or hip. Then lay down on to get your back or even backside of your head. Be careful of eyes, but the versatility makes this pad a value for the money. Only drawback is the plastic layer on the lighted side.

*Update #2, I received a (new) pad today. However, it is not new. It is clearly used. Likely a return from someone else. The box is tore up and the pad inside has animal hair and skin flakes on it. So utterly gross! At this point I just want a refund and I will gladly return both of these. The one with sweat inside and the one I just got today that is soiled with hair and skin flakes. *Update: The Seller reached out to me from my review and really wanted to make this right. They are sending me a new one. I have changed my review to 3 stars for their outstanding service. I will update again after using the pad for a few weeks to see if moisture builds in the new one.* Original review--->Moisture (sweat?) has accumulated inside! I have not misused this pad. Literally all I've done is lay there with the pad on my abdomen and it appears that sweat has somehow penetrated to the inside of the pad and is now producing a musty moldy smell. This was not a cheap purchase so I'm pretty upset that after 3 months of light use, it is in this condition. And of course the return window has lapsed. I am going to attempt to contact the company to find out if this can be remedied. If so I will update this review.
