This is a great robot vacuum cleaner, and I really enjoy using it to help me with household chores! It is easy to set up, convenient and fast. It can both vacuum and mop the floors and its appearance is also very beautiful ! Powerful attention can effortlessly suck away dust and small debris from hard floors and carpets, and has strong obstacle clearing ability. Mopping is a fantastic extra feature that makes my floors feel fresh and clean! Since I started using this product, it has saved me a lot of valuable time. Overall, it works excellently and I am very satisfied ! If you also want to have a robot vacuum cleaner, this is a wonderful choice to try, I recommend it!

Es buena, pero no remplaza una aspiradora convencional si tienes mascotas.

I've been through a few robot vacuums over the years, and they always ended up being more of a novelty than a real help. They'd get stuck, miss spots, or have such a small dustbin that I was emptying it every day. The Eureka E20 Plus has completely changed my mind. The game-changer for me is the self-emptying station. I cannot overstate how liberating it is to not have to think about the vacuum for over a month. The claim of a 45-day capacity is absolutely real. The station is compact, quiet when it empties the robot, and it means I only have to deal with one large bag of dust instead of constant, messy emptying. Performance is where this thing really shines. The 8000Pa suction is no joke. It picks up everything from fine dust to cereal crumbs and even pet food with ease. I have a mixed-floor home (hardwood and medium-pile rugs), and it transitions seamlessly. The anti hair-tangling brush is a miracle for anyone with pets or long hair. I used to have to cut hair out of my old vacuum's roller every week. With the E20, I've checked after a month of use and there was barely anything wrapped around it. The LiDAR navigation is incredibly smart. It maps my entire home quickly and methodically cleans in neat, efficient rows. It doesn't bump into furniture or get lost. I can set no-go zones and specific room cleaning schedules right from the easy-to-use app. It's so precise. The self-emptying base is a revolutionary feature at this price point. 8000Pa suction rivals many upright vacuums. LiDAR navigation is fast, accurate, and reliable. The brushroll lives up to its anti-tangle promise. This combo of features is typically found on much more expensive models. This is, without a doubt, the best appliance purchase I've made this year. It has significantly cut down on my weekly chores and keeps my floors consistently clean. If you're on the fence, just get it. The convenience of the self-emptying station alone is worth it, but when you combine it with the powerful suction and intelligent navigation, the Eureka E20 Plus is an unbeatable package. Highly, highly recommend!

I'll start by saying that over the past 10 years, I have had multiple robot vacuums (Samsung, Neato, etc.). Some were really good and others were pure junk. My brand of choice was Neato only because they had incredible suction, were "reasonably priced", and did a great job cleaning. Their app/features were "ok". They are no longer made so when my last one died I decided to try the Eureka E20 Plus. At first I was disappointed. It just couldn't suck up dirt. I mean...it was really bad. Upon inspection, day 1, I found the vacuum was clogged (short dog hair, some grass clippings carried in on my feet, and dirt - The typical stuff). I cleared the clog and set it loose again. After 2 more cleanings it clogged again. I think I figured out the issue. On the inlet to the dust bin is a little rubber "wing", I suspect it's function is to slow down and direct incoming particles as they enter the bin. It acts as more of a barrier and just the slightest debris actually gets caught on it and a "log jam" gets created. I removed it (pops right out) and now dirt doesn't get stuck as it enters the bin. My current evaluation of the Eureka 1. Vacuuming - good; (if it's not getting clogged); some debris does get missed if it's in a corner but that's not a surprise. 2. Navigation - good; though the skirt on the couch is enough to prevent the vacuum from going under it; It does seem to concentrate on various sections of a room more than other locations (all locations should get the same attention). 3. Mapping - good 4. Obsticles - great; it even climbs over the threshold to my kitchen (where other vacuums would get stuck) 5. Reliablity - Unsure ; my previous vacs would burn through a battery in a year's time; I'll have to update this review in a year to see if the vac is still preforming properly 6. Setup - Easy; Sync the app and you're in business - 5 / 10 minutes max I'm giving this 4 out of 5 because of the issues with clogging. Fingers crossed it remains a worthwhile investment. Cheers!

Review: Why the Eureka E20 Plus is a Smarter Choice for My Home After years of using a traditional robot vacuum, I decided it was time for an upgrade. When I needed a second unit for my upstairs, I moved my old Roomba there and brought the Eureka E20 Plus into the main living area. It has been a total game-changer for my nightly cleaning routine. Precision Navigation vs. "Random Bumping" The biggest difference is the intelligence. My old vacuum acted a bit like a "drunk uncle"—wandering aimlessly, bumping into furniture, and making enough noise to keep me on edge. In contrast, the Eureka E20 Plus uses LiDAR technology to create a precise map of my home. Real-Time Mapping: You can actually watch it map and update the room layout on your phone. Gentle Cleaning: It doesn't ram into walls or furniture; it’s incredibly gentle and methodical. Efficiency: While my old vacuum would just run until the battery died, the E20 knows exactly when the job is done because it understands the room layout. Effective Mopping and Maintenance The mopping feature has been a pleasant surprise. While it functions more like a "wet dust," it is remarkably effective—my floors look noticeably cleaner and more polished every morning. While the water reservoir is compact (holding about a cup), it reliably covers two full days of cleaning. The vacuum is also very proactive about maintenance; even if the dust bin doesn't look completely full, the system reminds you to empty it to ensure the suction stays at 100%. Peace of Mind Beyond the performance, I chose Eureka because of the brand's stability. I wanted to ensure I had reliable service and support long after the purchase, which gave me more confidence than other brands currently facing financial uncertainty. The Verdict The best part? I no longer lie awake at night hearing strange thumps and noises from downstairs. It’s quiet, smart, and efficient. If you’re looking for a vacuum that treats your furniture with respect and actually knows where it's going, I highly recommend the Eureka E20 Plus.
