このシリーズのエルシステインをニヶ月以上飲んでるからかも知れませんがオメガスリーは表面がつるんとしているので抵抗なく飲めます。海外のサプリは大きいので初めての方は飲み込むのが大変かも知れません。サプリの種類によって表面の質感が違うようです。でもこれは慣れです。成分の含有量が他のメーカーと比較したらこのシリーズの方が多くそして安い。このオメガスリーは飲み始めて数日なので効果はまだ言えませんが3ヶ月は続けていく予定です。とにかく飲みやすい、大容量で安い。大満足です！

Omega３フイッシュオイルは、口に入れた時、魚臭く飲み辛く感じました。ボトル、粒の大きさは全く同じですが、価格は安いです。購入を迷いましたが良いものに出会えて良かった。

カナダから丁寧な出荷案内が届いたので、安心して待っていました。あまり無いんですよね、トリプルオメガ。日本人には一粒が大きいから、1日一粒で良い感じ。来年、また発注しよう。

These are great supplement I take everyday. I appreciate that it includes all three Omegas, Omega 3-6-9. The only thing I wish is that it was sold in slightly higher quantities so I could buy more in a single bottle.

The pills are relatively easy to swallow because they are smooth but still a bit large. I don’t get any significant problems with odor or fishy taste in my mouth. I haven’t done a blood test recently, but I was hoping these supplements would help with cholesterol control. They do, however, help with joint pain.
