does this product contain soy/dairy, some kifirs r cultured in soy or dairy is this product completly free of soy/dairy?? a serious health issue

It is considered dairy free. Even the paperwork for the actual kefir culture states dairy free, although it does list dairy as an allergen and there was enough of a question about this aspect that our kosher certification agency would not certify the final product as kosher. No, this is a raw coconut water Kefir. There are six servings per bottle. There are over 1 billion CFU's per 2 ounce serving.

How do you store this - cap does not screw on, correct? What would I use as lid for a pop top like this??

You will receive a recapper with your order allowing you to close the bottle while in use. We would suggest that you finish the bottle within 2 weeks of opening for maximum enjoyment/benefits. The only change you may expect once opening the bottle is if carbonation developed in a particular production group, the individual bottle will not be able to maintain full carbonation once opened--in other words, it will "go flat".
