購入後、2年半しか修理してくれません
会社で購入してカメラ映像が映らない状況に。保証期間の2年半は過ぎているので有償修理の見積もりでメーカーへ電話したところ、2年半の保証期間を過ぎた修理は有償でも一切受け付けていないとのこと。性能は高く評価できるがアフターサポートがひどすぎる。結局、捨てることになった。これから購入を検討している人はやめた方がいいです。
