Very good product

Not the best but not the worst in terms of usability. Worked for a few weeks fine then all of a sudden stopped working. Tried updating laptop and reinstalling drivers, as well as letting pen die fully and recharging with no success. Bit of a shame as was fine whilst working, glad I didn't pay anymore for it.

I really enjoy this pen because it really has a pencil feel and sound to it. Its battery life is amazing! It works pretty well and the color matches perfectly as listed. I would say that it’s really worth the money and it works really well and its durability is amazing than more cheaper options. It’s very easy to use- my only issue I have with it is that it’s pressure for some drawing apps does not work well with the pen but I’m sure it’s fixable with adjusted settings.

EDIT: The seller reached out to me to try and address the issues listed below. They sent me a replacement pretty quickly. After testing the replacement, I can say that it is a LOT better than the original one I received. It is still not as sensitive as other pens I have, however at least the replacement pen provided is useable (unlike the original one). Added one extra star to reflect the replacement pen, and customer service. Thank you. Stylus has a nice feel/weight to it (not too heavy and not too light). Rechargeable battery is nice, and the USB-C port is welcome. Comes in a box, with 3 extra tips, and a small USB-C cable. The tips are just taped into a small hole in the plastic packaging shell (see pic). Would have been nice if they were in a tiny ziplock style baggie to be able to just put the aside without having to keep the whole packaging (or look for something else to put them in). The USB-C port has a nice rubber plug on it (seals well) to protect it against any dust or even liquids. And the pen attaches magnetically to the side of my surface pro nicely. I charged the pen up, and then tried it on my Surface Pro 7. I have 3 other pens for my surface pro tablets (1 genuine MS one, and 2 aftermarket units). And I have 3 surface Pro tablets (Surface pro 7, 9 and 10). I often use my pens interchangeably, from one tablet to another. But this pen is VERY unresponsive. You see the cursor as you move along the surface of the tablet, but you need to really press hard for it to register as a touch. Even trying to close windows is a chore since you need to press pretty hard. I tested it with paint and you can really see how hard you need to press for the pen to register and draw a line. This makes it very difficult to use. I tried various permutations, by trying to use the pen on my other 2 surface Pros, and trying with the other pens also. The common factor is that with this pen you need to press a lot harder. Really don't want to play with the sensitivity settings of the tablets, since then it would throw my other 3 pens to be way too sensitive. I even tried swapping the tip/nib just in case it was damaged in transport or something, but it did not make any difference. I don't know if I just got a defective unit, but as much as I wanted to like this pen, it will probably not be used much for me.

excellent pen and the battery last forever. compatibility with my surface and really easy to pair. excellent for the day to day jobs and delicate draws due to the versatility of the tip size. it works perfect.

Did not sync with my Surface computer. It's useless
