Why did you pick this product vs others?: I swim for exercise and the Arena brand is a good quality brand. I have 4 other Arena swimsuits. The arena brand holds up very well. I wash my suits every time I wear them. This suit is so cute!! I'm 5'5" 165lbs and bought size 42. The size 40 was tight over my shoulders and not comfortable so I sized up.

Arena being Arena - top top quality. Daughter loves the fuller back.

Very comfortable. The fabric is the best part. It isn’t like standard swimsuit material where the spandex can disintegrate over time. It’s stretchy without being overly thick. I’m curvy and it does a great job smoothing out my trouble sections.

I'm really confused why if I wear a 34 in other arena suits, why this 34 would be way too big. I would have had to order a 32 or maybe a 30 for this to fit. Overall I don't like the style, I don't like the color, and the material is different than I'm used to. I'm used to wearing a suit that feels like a second skin. That is NOT this suit. It is more on the stiffer side. The blue trim/webbing felt awkward. The back does offer a lot more coverage and overall the suit is very supportive. If you like the color schema, they are very bright and true to the photos. At the end of the day when you are swimming 2+ hours per day, 6 days a week, you have to love the suits you wear. This was a hard pass for me but I'm sure some will love this suit. Arena is a solid brand and really it comes down to preference.

I am a former lifeguard who spent MANY hours a day wearing a swimsuit. Arena has always been one of my favorite brands (my swim bag and goggles are Arena) so I was very excited to try this suit. I will start by saying that I am taller (5'9) and have gained weight since my swimming days. I also unfortunately carry most of my weight in my stomach, which makes it difficult to find one piece suits that fit. This suit is a little small for me right now, but I could absolutely see this being one of my favorites once I lose a few pounds. I appreciate the full coverage bottom (so many suits look like they are giving wedgies these days!). I also appreciate the thin straps as I prefer that to max back styles. The color combination is unique and fun, perfect for summer. Non-swimmers may not recognize this brand, but I can assure you that this is a quality suit that is built to last. Hopefully my pictures help give a realistic picture of what this suit looks like on a non-athletic body!
