This is a great way to start off slow and build your way up...I just love how I am able to do my own work outs in the comfort of my own home. I have told and invited my friends and family to try...Gotta get right for Boat Lifeeeeee

This machine is hard to do but it's worth it for the amazing results for abs and core.

The media could not be loaded. Put it together and tested it out. It’s definitely a good workout, and excited to see the progress. The only downside is the knee pads are smaller than other models. And kind of uncomfortable. 2nd downside is the one I got is not foldable. Only folds if you take out one of the pieces, but that seems like more complicated. 3rd flaw is it is a little wobbly. I noticed that if I leaned a certain way it wanted to tip, so hopefully no injuries occur. The machine is a great workout. Might have to get a different model after awhile. But for now it’s good!

Had to return part of it was bent and impossible to get together. Also I was very concerned with the sturdiness of the equipment. I differently think this is for a more advanced person who is already in shape

You definitely feel the burn with this machine. It is light weight and easy to move around. It is sturdy enough for me and my husband to use.
