Bose UFS-20 Series II Universal Floor Stands

We got these stands for our Bose surround speakers. It was a bit of a challenge to assemble, but after getting the first one done, the second was a lot easier. The instructions could have been better, but I managed to figure it out. I like how the speaker cables are hidden and the clean overall look. There is a slight movement if they’re touched or bumped, but there is no way these stands will tip over, because the base is pretty heavy. These stands are made of quality materials, it looks like heavy duty steel. The surround speakers lock into place and are held firmly on the stands. I chose these stands because I didn’t want to place the speakers on the end tables, where they would move around, not be at the correct height and have the speaker cables showing. The speakers and stands look great in our living room and provide the quality theatre experience we expected. Our sound system is the Soundbar 700, Bass Module 700 and the 120 watt Surround Speakers. Bose makes quality products, you get what you pay for.

Pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put these stands together. Took ten minutes to read instructions and assemble first stand, then second one was a piece of cake taking only five minutes.. All accessories were included, not only for the VI300 speakers, but there were other accessories for different speakers too. All in all, worth the extra cost over other speaker stands, like Sanus. Even though the Bose stands are not adjustable, the 38 inch height is perfect for my room configuration. Really nice looking and modern. The best thing about the stands is the speaker wires fit into a groove on the back of the stand, there is no need to shove wires into a tube like most other stands. This helps because you can keep the speaker wire slack until the speakers are hooked up properly, then tighten the slack as needed when the wires are placed into the grooves. Highly recommend these stands for the VI300 surround speakers.

I've had the Bose Virtually Invisible speakers for over three years, and was using the end tables to host them. It was not the best setup but any means, esp. given that you're using Bose stuff, but it was good, functionally, and yes economical!! However, we moved to a new place, got a bigger family room and the end tables weren't working out that well. So, after a lot of deliberation, I chose the stand against the wall brackets. Well I didn't want to drill :-) These stands arrived fast, are very very easy to setup, and they are heavy! The base is probably cast iron, perhaps? Very sturdy, loved the end result (see pic) and then the adaptIQ calibration made it all a happy marriage. The speakers just got upgraded! Loving every bit of it. Thanks Bose and thanks Amazon!

They are really elegant and sturdy and seem to be made with good quality materials. I got the wireless suround speakers and the way they go in the little cage is strange: you have to bend the wires in a way that doesn't feel safe. On top of that, the instructions are not so great (I had to look it up in YouTube). Once they are installed, the sound did improve and they look sleek and neat.

So, I purchased the 300 series nearly invisible surround speakers and (love those btw) these stands to go with it. The directions are pictures only and do not show how to use them with these speakers. You need the correct back plate to go with these speakers and this model does NOT come with them. You need to call Bose and have them send you the correct brackets that are compatible with these speakers. Also, you need to 'click' in the backplate to make it secure. The directions do not show that either. I finally got it together using the wrong plates, it does work but puts un-needed stress on the wiring into the speaker. I'm waiting for the correct brackets to show up, but in the meantime I have it working. Having said all that, the stands are sturdy and stylish and have a 'canal' down the back of them to hide the wire. Overall, very nice stands,just make sure you know what you need before assembly.

These are excellent. I got these for my rear soundtouch 520 speakers. Over 3 years later and still great. I also have the lifestyle 650 floor mounts as well. And honestly I prefer these more. These mounts are very sturdy. Very heavy on the bottom to help prevent a potential topple. Mounting the speakers was very easy too. Overall, a nice product. Durability is definitely there for sure.

I just recently updated my home theater, replacing a huge wall entertainment center with a TV stand and wall mounted TV. My Bose cubes were sitting atop the old wall unit so I had to find a way to update the look while not investing $1000s on new floor speakers. These stands fit the bill and the sound is so much better now that the speakers are at ear level. Assembly was a breeze and the stands are cool looking (minimalist).

The bases are obviously weighty so be careful when unpackaging them. There are two packets of parts inside but you'll need both open to complete the setup. I had an initial worry I'd ordered the wrong type for my speaker until I opened the other packet (the wife tells me to read the instructions first) but there's a set of different instructions in each packet for different fitment types but you need parts from each). Overall this is a great product and usual high quality Bose kit. Went together easily and very sturdy and exactly what we needed. The cable ticks away nearly in the post and hidden both ends by a cap. I have this for a speaker where I can't mount on the wall, so make sure you measure the stands final speaker height height prior to mounting other brackets on the wall so they are the same height ( if you're like things symmetrical like that!)

Very sturdy stands and a much better solution as compared to wall mounting the Virtually invisible rear speakers (Soundtouch 300). Got them for a great price on Amazon (A$107) as compared to it retailing at $229 everywhere else.

These stands are compatible with surround speakers 700. Description is not accurate as it mentions fits all except some other speakers. What a hassle.

Used them for my surround sound speakers in my living room. They look awesome and are super sturdy! They fit my speakers no problem! Quick to assemble and I liked how the cord was hidden. My only complaint would be that I couldn’t choose what side the cord came out of the base. But an amazing product!
