Is this 12 units of the 3.5 oz bags?

I only received one 3.5 oz bag although the description says 12 bags. Someone filling the orders is obviously making mistakes. Maybe reading the "12 flavors" on the bag and thinking it matches the order.

I am very confused since there are different responses to same question—are there 12–3.5 oz packages or is there only 1-3.5 oz package?

I see that a lot of the negative replies are at least 5 months old. I purchased on June 22, received them on the 23rd and got 12-3.5 oz bags. Hopefully they’ve resolved this problem!!

If you stick with the serving size, it maybe causes some gas. I believe individuals vary in their sensitivity to Malitol (the ingredient responsible for this effect). Start with half a serving, then wait 3-4 hours and see how you feel. That is if you have the self control to eat less, which I sometimes didn't. It will vary whether you ate them on an empty stomach or not (eating them on an empty stomach personally causes more side effects, other food in your stomach slows it down). I'd give it a ballpark range of 2-5 hours if you've gone overboard. Again, it hasn't been a problem if I stay within the serving size of 9 gummies.

How do you get the rest of your order? I received 1 package for 20 bucks....where’s the other eleven?

I had the same issue. I contacted customer service about my order and I chose the option items left out, and also need more help, and I was able to speak with a representative. I was given the option of a replacement for the correct item which should’ve been the 12 bags of gummy’s. or a refund. I chose the refund because the item was no longer in stock. Which sucks and I didn’t want to have to wait 2 more weeks to get this item. I hope this helps you
