Very nice-tailored and affordable

Unlike a traditional bedskirt these skirt the perimeter with a long piece of elastic on the headboard side. This makes them easy to install because there is no fabric across the top of the box spring, so it does not bunch up when you slide the mattress back in place. The only negative is there is no slit at the bottom corners so if you have a foot board on your bed it tends to bunch up there.

Got this king size in blue for my guest room. The color was perfect and the material is decent. Not too cheap looking for the price but the fit is a little too big/loose. I made it work but it is noticeable not snug when putting it on.
