Took a long time to arrive but exactly what I wanted when it got here. Now in use as common mode choke for my HF set-up.

Very good quality mix 31 toroid. For reference, I used this to make a RF choke. Reduced noise around 7 Mhz, 14 Mhz and above, especially on harmonics of 6-7Mhz where a lot of RFI originates. Also for a reference of its diameter, I was able to very very comfortably wind an RG8X coaxial cable 12 times though it with the PL259 connector attached to it (so the connector and the cable went through the toroid 12 times).
