This is my go to breakfast, it has it all, fiber, protein and tastes AMAZING! On top of that its a quick min to make!

I purchased this brand of oatmeal mixes in attempt to get more whole grains per my midwife's recommendation. This blueberry walnut flavor was the better tasting variety of the 2 I've tried. Pictured is actually 2 serving sizes - 80 grams. I keep these at work to have as an afternoon snack. The consistency is a bit of a mush. I'll finish these pouches but am undecided if I would purchase them again...

Product tastes great but will not be buying again as I noticed the blueberries are not organic and it has seed oils (not organic sunflower oil) as well as sugar.. this is on me as I should have read the ingredients and just thought it would be the same as their granola with coconut sugar and organic. Again it tastes good but will not be buying again because of the seed oils and the ingredients that are not organic
