Really great unit. Does a 90% good job switching between my PC and my Mac. Occasionally, one monitor will not successfully switch over, but all I have to do is switch over again and it'll work.

This device does not even come close to the listed functionality. It is buggy at best and completely non-functional at worst. I attempted to pair this with my gaming desktop and work laptop, up to a set of 3 monitors (2x 1080 and 1x 1440p), after fighting for HOURS just to get one of my two devices to show all three monitors, I attempted to do the same on my laptop only to find that only one would ever work. I tried NUMEROUS cables just to rule out the issue being due to compatibility only to hit a wall. Nothing I tried worked. I even went as far as to purchase a whole new set of cables to make them all align, still nothing; yet taking this KVM out of the equation and running the feed directly to my monitors worked fine. This is nothing more than another garbage product trying to make a quick buck. Spend the extra money and buy a more premium device, the hours you save troubleshooting this hunk of junk will be worth it.

It works well, I have three monitors, keyboard, mouse and one other usb item that seemlessly swap between PCs with one button press. This is WONDERFUL.

Works well to switch between my personal and work computers with (3) 24" monitors, keyboard, and mouse. No sound switching, although additional USB ports allow periferal switching. Switching between takes forever and all of the windows are rearranaged after each switch, though. Kind of a pain to keep moving my brower, outlook, etc . . . back on the preferred monitor. Apparently there are some apps that help with that, but they are "free" or on github, neither of which I trust in this day and age. Apparently more expensive models have some kind of fake monitor functionality that keeps the workstations from doing that. For the price, though? Pretty great. Wish they came with all the cables. I had to get creative.

The first one I got had one dead port, the replacement I got had three dead ports. The functioning ports seemed to work just fine. I'm really disappointed because it would have worked great for my two PC setup. Oh well, back to swapping cables constantly. I did a bunch of research and almost spent $400+ on a different kvm, seems like those also have problems.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was a dud for me I hope someone else finds value.

Works as intended on 3 monitors connected (2 displayport, 1 HDMI). My main monitor is for gaming and it's holding the 144 refresh rate no problem. When you toggle between the two PCs, you will experience windows clumping together on the primary monitor but that is a Windows issue not this device. I was able to plug a laptop into a docking station and then the docking station into the PC input of this device. Make sure you have the right cables to support the refresh rate of your monitors. I also like the switch button, so you can hide the KVM under your desk out of sight but still easily toggle between your two setups. Overall really impressed with this device at the price point, but we'll see what the longevity is like.
