Lightweight electric lawnmower with a good breadth of cut.
My previous lawnmower was heavy and would only cut on its two lowest height settings (at higher heights it kept collapsing). Although it still works in the fact that it cuts grass it is not pleasant to use so we decided to buy a more lightweight mower. This fits the bill perfectly. It was easy to assemble, it is lightweight, it has a good breadth of cut, it can cut at five different heights and its grass box is easy to lift off and on and empty. It has a rear roller roller to give a striped effect to the cut lawn. I wouldn't say this is its best feature, but it is adequate. The cable length is 10metres which is probably sufficient for a small garden lawn. I need to use an extension cable and, apart from having to make sure I don't mow over it, this works very well. I've used it three times now and am very pleased with it.

Powerful and Easy-to-Use Electric Lawn Mower – Excellent Performance
Powerful and Easy-to-Use Electric Lawn Mower – Excellent Performance The Hyundai 1600W electric lawn mower with rear roller is fantastic! It’s powerful, yet surprisingly quiet compared to petrol mowers, and it makes mowing my lawn fast and effortless. The 1600W motor handles thick grass with ease, and the rear roller gives a neat, professional-looking finish. Setup was simple, and the mower feels sturdy and well-built. The adjustable cutting height is convenient for different lawn conditions, and the collection box is easy to empty. It’s also lightweight enough to maneuver comfortably around flower beds and tight corners. Overall, this mower delivers excellent performance, durability, and ease of use. Perfect for keeping a lawn looking tidy with minimal effort. Highly recommended!

Nice little mower
Being a bloke, I, obviously, didn't bother reading the manual - and no real need since the only setting up required is to clip the sides and base of the grass box opening to the metal framework and setup the handle. Set the blade height to 4 and off we went. Unfortunately, the cable isn't as long as I imagined so had to rummage for an extension lead. Found a 25m lead on here for just shy of £17. By the time that arrives, the grass should've recovered and dried off a little and I can try a number 2 cut. Pros Light, quiet, easy to push, easy to put down and set up. Height adjusting mechanism is just a dream (we'll it is brand new!) Cons (remember, this is my personal opinion) Mains lead far too short. No dedicated lead holder. The interior of the grass box has too many traps that catch the grass. Could also do with a dedicated holder for the mulch plug - I can see it going missing over time. Personally I feel the balance is 'off'. Too easy to tip the machine, I wonder if the handle could be connected more centrally front to back instead of over the rear wheels.

Great Mower at this price point
I originally was using a flymo that was similarly priced. I would have been faster using a goat. The handle on the flymo was also so flimsy it kept bending on me making the whole ordeal a pain. My garden is a lump of soil - no flat bits anywhere and sloped - but fairly small. A right pain to cut, so I tend to make things a lot harder by putting off cutting the grass until the pain of cutting it becomes less than my embarrassment in its state. If I manage to cut it three times myself this year, this mower will pay for itself over paying for a professional to come do it for me (£40 a pop). This mower handled my garden perfectly. A few days later and I dont need to go back out and get the nits that spring back up. It's lightweight to handle the slope and the adjustable angle of the handle allows to make this comfortable. Changing from a hover mower meant I did initially make a mistake, this cuts going forward, try cutting pulling it backwards and you will iron the grass instead. Adjusting the cutting height on this is amazingly easy. Use the gear stick and you can alter cut height in seconds. Being normal, I was truly hoping the mulch function would remove the need to rake afterwards, but alas, this is not a mulch function rather its a return the cuttings to the lawn. I was disappointed but not surprised. It would take a much bigger wallet to get a true mulching cutter. If your mower has flap that closes if you don't fit the basket then that's going to do roughly the same thing. So this mower is worth every penny, I managed to cut my grass in one go, previously I would need to take a break halfway through. Sorting it away is great as it stands up on its end with a well designed couple of legs. In folded mode the handles do feel very loose, almost about to fall off but I am sure this is not going to be an issue. This even managed to cur over the edge of my paving slabs without hitting them. It does need pairing up with a strimmer though as it wont get up close and personal on borders against walls. It will get closer than most. Buy this if you want a good mower to cut grass. Don't buy based on a dream that you wont need to rake up cuttings, it should not claim mulching as a feature. Next time I will use the basket and see if that works better. best value mower I could find.

Lightweight Power That Delivers
⚡ Hyundai 15'' / 38cm 1600W Electric Lawnmower – Lightweight Power That Delivers After struggling with a heavy hover mower, I wanted something easier to maneuver without sacrificing performance. I tested a petrol self-propelled mower—too powerful for my modest-sized lawn—and ruled out battery models due to cost and upkeep. A corded mower was the clear choice, and the Hyundai 1600W model turned out to be a game changer. ✂️ Precise, Adjustable Cutting • 38cm cutting width tackles the lawn efficiently • Cuts tight into corners with no awkward patchwork • Easy-to-use single lever with 5 cutting heights (20–70mm) 🪶 Lightweight & Compact • Super easy to move, even around tricky edges • Folds down neatly for storage in sheds or tight corners 🌿 Lawn-Perfecting Features • Rear roller creates classic striped finishes • Optional mulching function—insert/remove mulcher in seconds • Spacious 40L collection box minimizes interruptions • Long, high-visibility lead makes handling fuss-free 💡 Why It’s a Winner For the price, this mower combines functionality, comfort, and style. It's ideal for medium gardens and offers all the premium touches without premium costs. Final Verdict: If you're after a reliable, lightweight mower that’s packed with features and easy to manage, the Hyundai 1600W Electric Lawnmower is an outstanding pick. It’s made lawn care a breeze—and my grass has never looked better.

Superb Mower for the money
Bought this mower after my old Bosch R32 started losing power and struggling to cut any grass with a bit of length. I chose this model after a lot of comparing with other makes This model is what I chose, first off it is powerful compared to my old mower and handles long grass effortlessly, I read somewhere that it's a brush less motor so that could explain why it seems quieter than old mower. The 5 height settings are 20mm, 34mm, 46mm, 58mm and 70mm, I got these settings by contacting Hyundai and they are almost right as I dont like grass to be too short so 34mm is perfect for summer and the let it grow late summer for last cut in October at 58 or 46 to help keep the moss at bay. Changing heights is dead easy with this mower and is a gated change so handle slips into the one of the 5 grooves for height adjustment. This mower also mulches, really useful for spring cut and the mulching block can be removed with a firm pull to remove it, you can then put on the grass collection box, this also fits easily and collects a lot of grass. Blade is 38cm and does need sharpening straight away as they are not what I would call sharp, apparently all mower blades are not sharp when packaged do be aware of this. Assembly is not hard despite people saying it is, took me 10 mins max. The mower is solid and uses a plastic that is quite thick but does make it solid, not flimsy at all. Manoeuvrability is good for a 38cm mower and the wheels chunky and not flimsy. It packs away by the folding handles as shown in the picture and you stand it on end, do takes up little space Some people may also struggle to lift it one handed but overall it is light enough for most people. Overall. A great mower and also looks stunning in the blue. This is definitely one to recommend. Update 15/09/24 Still going strong, i noticed one reviewer say the blade goes blunt? Not had thst issue but then again, i don't cut more than a third of the total length of the grass and never cut when its wet, this also means the duction can pick up all the grass as the cut grass is very dhort and dry, so light as a feather, also there are no stones in the soil, possibly this is causing blunt blades?

Blade doesn't last
Update August 2024- My original review is below, but last weekend, I used this as I normally do and it's left split ends on the grass blades, leaving it in one terrible mess. The size of the lawn that this is used on is highlighted in the photo. I got this at the end of April 2024 and fast forward to today, the blade is already gubbed. I never let the grass get too thick or out of control, so that's not why this has blunted already. The only reasonable explanation is that the blades just aren't made to last. Contacted the support and got a reply back (couldn't even get my name right) and was told that they only cover the blade for 90 days. Considering the grass is cut once per week, and it's 5m x 5m, this isn't exactly a massive garden. I think they give the 90 day rule because they know their blades don't last. I was told that I could either buy a new blade, or sharpen the one on it. Except for the fact that the blades are sold out everywhere, so I've had to opt for a sharpener instead. Curiously, my Flymo which lasted me 4 years before the motor died (which was also half the price of this mower) only needed the blade swapped once in 4 years. This was used on the exact same grass in the attached photo. It's a shame because apart from the blunt blade, it did previously give a great cut and always collected the grass without issue. With nonsense like this though, I wouldn't recommend this lawnmower.

**Good for Small Gardens, But Struggles with Thicker Grass**
I bought this to replace my old petrol lawnmower. While it doesn’t quite match the same level of performance, it gets the job done for my needs. The grass collection bag fills up quite quickly, so it needs emptying often, and it struggled a bit with longer, thicker grass — I had to raise the cutting height first, then go over it again on a lower setting. Overall, it feels better suited to smaller gardens. On the plus side, it’s lightweight and easy to handle, though I do wish it had a self-propelled feature, which would make cutting thicker grass much easier.
