Got these easy to assemble studio lights for my older son who wanted more light in his room to do his art work. These twin light towers lit the area very well. The poles are adjustable and stand up to 6 feet at the top. They are lightweight and sit on tripods making them easy to move about the room. The color temperature and brightness levels can be adjusted with the controls attached directly to the power cord. These can plug into any standard outlet. He finds them versatile and they work well for what he needs. They're decent quality at a good price. I'd recommend them for anyone needing studio lighting on a budget.

Decent lights for podcasting, especially with the different color temperatures and dimming features. The tripods are sold. I wish they stored/recalled the previous setting, when you unplug them they forget what temp and brightness level you had set. Also, no USB power adapters so you will need to apply your own bricks. Get they job done regardless!
