The switch itself is well made and for the price, they have done a great job. I needed to upgrade my existing setup with an entry level 2.5Gbe switch and a decent enough switching backplane. After a bit of research, landed on this one. Here are the Pros and Cons which led to my 4 star review instead of 5. Cons: - Easy setup once you figure out the setup! Out-of-the-box, the instructions were missing and the QR code for manual didn't work. Had to google search to find one. Unfortunately you cannot just plugin to your existing network and instead, need a PC to connect locally and then perform the customization like enabling DHCP. - According to one of the photos, the rack mount accessory was supposed to be included but it wasn't. Yes, the "whats-in-the-box" clearly notes that none is included, however I misunderstood. Unfortunately they don't have any in stock to buy separately either. - Jumbo frames settings seem to be missing so unsure whether support will be introduced in the feature firmware. Pros: - Once you customize, the device setup for other customizations like link-aggregation etc, worked easily through their web portal. - Has the capability to aggregate even the SFPs for a total of 20Gbps uplink which in my mind is future expansion ready for such a low price - Runtime heat seem to settle at 50C so good there as well. However, adding more devices and load in the future will tell what the max temp would be. - Again for the price, it provides complete L3 switching capabilities. - Connectivity wise its performing great via the 10G SFP and finally taking advantage of my NAS 2.5Gbe ports via aggregation. Overall and despite with an existing tiny review count (I promise don't have any affiliation with Xikestor), I can honestly conclude that I am not disappointed and its serving my needs effectively as I had expected.

Great device! Easy to install and use!

This switch is only useful as a dumb switch, which it seemed to do fine before I removed it completely. The UI for smart functions is clearly a rebranded beta, and you’d need to learn hieroglyphics to setup any sort of VLAN. I’ve configured VLANs on Cisco, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, Brocade, and more and NONE of them ever presented anything as ridiculous as the UI in this thing.
