Just perfect for a good sleep ,with a beautiful texture ,very tasty in combination with mint or strawberries,organic content,helps me to have a good digestion,I use twice of day ,good price !

Excellent Addition to an evening routine

An alternative tea
Pleasant tasting tea this is my first box so not sure of the benefits yet. You do not need to sweeten as it taste fine without sugar or honey.

Not nice taste
Just started the lemon balm tea it has a weird taste which I don’t like i will keep taking it and hopefully get used to the taste as long as it works for me I will persevere with it certainly doesn’t taste like lemon like some reviews have stated lemon has a really nice taste

Lemon balm tea is hard to get so I am happy to have found this on Amazon. The bags are convenient and the pleasant taste is mildly lemony. It is supposed to be calming and helpful for sleep, I think everyone needs to make their own mind up about this, but it IS free of caffeine, so good before bed. I'll buy it again.
