The flavor is good. I was unsure about the difference between this and the regular non + drink so I ordered a case of each. The regular drink I felt like I had a huge burst of energy going for like 12 to 18 hours. This drink I don't feel a huge energy surge but a more mild awake state. I feel this could be a healthier then the above. Worked good for my workout also. I don't drink coffee or energy drinks. I decided to get these to help me push harder when working out. I'll probably be drinking half a can every other day from now on a few hours before exercising.

This gives me crazy energy and focus. I drink energy drinks daily and this is almost to much . I use it for work but think this would be great for someone who would actually use it for working out . Taste pretty good . Way better flavor than any other energy drink out there. Was reasonably priced for 12 when it was 20. Now that it's about 35 won't be purchasing it as much . Worth it for here and there though

Tasty and does the job. Not too sweet and no weird vitamin aftertaste either. Idk if I’d use them as a “pre-workout” but I do enjoy starting my day with them.

It tastes really good, it was a bit strong for me so I didn't use it for long, but it definitely does its job and increases performance
