I did not enjoy the taste of these cookies. However after delivery I was so hungry all the time that I ate them anyway. I did not notice an improvement in my breastmilk supply. So I took a star off for each (lack of taste; no help in milk supply). My suggestion in order to improve the flavor is to perhaps add nuts and two include a chocolate chip that doesn’t taste so harsh and dark. In the future I plan to just make my own cookies. It was still a good source of calories.

I really thought they came made already. Either way, they came out great! I keep them in the fridge in an air tight container. Love the taste. It’s only been about a day and a half so not sure how it’s affected my supply. Def lots of fiber. Been gassy.

I didn't know you can make cookies that have such good ingredients, are shelf stable and taste great. I keep them at my bedside table as a nursing snack. Love the texture and flavor and the milk boosting ingredients.

Crumbly and soft lactation oatmeal cookies! I appreciate the dark chocolate and clean ingredients. It comes in 6 packs of 2 so it’s easy for on the go or portion control.

These have to be the best tasting lactation cookies I have tried. First of all instructions are super easy to follow. It's a 1, 2 3 step and done. I LOVE the dark chocolate chip cookie mix the best! The peanut chips are good as well but you can hardly taste the peanut butter. I like to bake mine for 10 minutes so they stay more on the soft /chewy side. If also baked them for 12 minutes before and they just get a little more firm like a cookie. It's super fast to prep and bake maybe if you follow directions tops you'll spend about 15 minutes with prep and bake time. This is my 3rd bag and will definitely be ordering more. I've even bought a bag for my sister who just started pumping and wanted to increase her milk. These cookies are not dry at all they are super soft/chewy and moist. You won't regret buying these. Just buy them!
