Worth the money
This is the second time I’ve purchased the same machine. I liked the first one and it worked for about four years or so, but having a brand new one is even better. It works perfectly and it looks good and I love it.

Great with some quirks
This product looks like quality, feels like quality, and works like quality. This would be right at home in a barber shop and is marketed that way. It heats quickly and the foam dispenses perfectly. Because it is seemingly meant for professional use, it does has a couple of quirks for the home user. The first is you are supposed to empty it and clean the reservoir daily. This is not practical for personal use. So far I’ve kept the solution in the tank and give it a stir prior to heating. The second oddity or inconvenience is there is no on/off switch. You have to unplug the unit after each use. If you can deal with these two things, and the cost of the unit itself, then I highly recommend it.

Multiple failures right out of the box
2 of the 3 I’ve purchased were bad right out of the box. One was insanely loud, and the other immediately leaked all over my station, and ruined the finish of it. Dishonest refurbished garbage

Get this latherizer for your hot towel shaves
The latherizer delivers every time. Quick to warm up, easy to clean and piping Hot lather each time, I truly am impressed! It’s lasted me a long time and was under $200. Not a bad deal for a quality product that lasts!

Best one on the market
Busy barber of 15+ years and this is the only machine I’ll buy. I can get about 4 years of daily use out of this machine before it starts dying and making the awful noise. I mix campbells lather with water (no pre-mix stuff, clogs it too quickly) and I add an oz of glycerin to my mix. I top it off daily and mix with a small whisk so it stays sanitary and hair free in the re-fill well. I never run cleaner through it. Seems redundant since it’s just soap and the glycerin keeps it moving and will add heat to the lather. It doesn’t last forever but it’s the best one on the market.
