ノイズキャンセルは期待してたほどではなかった。(Appleの同じような製品の方が良いです)

Battery issue left earbud
I ordered the product to Hongkong and received earbuds which would deserve 5 stars for their technical performance.Unfortunately the left battery gets hot and drains in a few min when playing music.I desperately tried to send the product back but neither the amazon jp printable documents for sending back are accepted by DHL nor can I reach anyone from Amazon even being a prime member.No customer service. The chat app doesn’t work in Hongkong so I can’t get my refund and lost the money from this purchase…
