Had some old lingering cough from cold/flu etc... Helped almost instantly from the first dose. Tastes like honey with some bitter herbs, not too bad. Did not help much my kid when he had a cough though so might depend on a particular situation. Amazon sells for less then WFM

Drink before bed / no water
Stops cough overnight. Take this and drink nothing after right before bed. It's gross, but you'll stop coughing

Taste
I love the taste. OMG I am sick so you don’t really taste it. It has a hint of sweetness and you know is a good thing to take. It’s kind of thick so it feels good in your throat. I was nervous because I read about the taste not being so good but please, try it before so you can make your own judgement. I am used to herbal things and this to me has a good taste. It is expensive so I hope that all I am putting in my body is good and safe. I gave it to my son and we both will take it at the same time. So far is ok in my stomach not too strong. I really hope it works. 👍 This is an update. I got to say very pricy but it helps me a lot. I got a cough again and it keeps my throat smooth and not itchy. Perhaps there is something else up there cheaper I am sure it this helps me. Great taste and thick to soothe the throat.

Effective and High Quality
I had a really bad lingering cough from mold exposure. I had this cough for over a week. Nothing I tried touched it. I ordered this overnight from Amazon. I took a couple of tablespoons, which IS more than suggested, but I got real relief immediately. This is a very high quality product, hence the price. It's worth it. No funky chemicals just high quality organic herbal medicine.
