I don’t know about Weather. It makes me sleepy or calmer. I don’t notice any difference. However, I do love the flavor. It’s blueberry with a hint of lemon without too much lemon. It is such a refreshing change from some of the other flavors that so many brands have. It’s my new favorite.

Mio is always one of the best values for the money, one of these can last me weeks. Use is simple. You just pour in a few drops and water over top. Flavor is unique and top notch, not sure what was supposed to be "unwinding" aside from a tasty beverage but I'd buy it again.

I have been purchasing mio water enhancers for years, and was surprised to find that they started producing a version with sleep-enhancing qualities. They are tasty, easy to use, and have zero sugar. These particular ones are caffeine-free and do not impact your energy level, but I do notice being slightly sleepy after consuming it. It's easy to mix in water seltzer water.

It's a great way to add a little flavor to water. Bottle is designed not to leak. I would prefer to have this available without any artificial coloring.

My favorite mio! Strongest flavor they have and it's just a couple quick squirts in my 40oz Stanley and bottle lasts a good time. My only complaint is all the dyes. Take them out! You don't need them!
