Very handy set, I wanted to have something to help grip strength. Good size and range if weights. Easy to use, keep by a favourite chair and use when watching TV .

I already noticed my improvements in my ability to grip things which is a big help to my disability. They also have a decent difference in intensity I ain't sure how accurate the weight is that I am squeezing against but at least they will help. I tend to struggle to open especially big jars due to the coordination/grip that I struggle with but at this rate I don't think I will need silicone grippers because this will do the job. Also because of the texture and function, they will also double up as stress balls to help me with my anxiety. Comes with a nice back to carry them around with me and aren't too heavy to carry around meaning they are a perfect anxiety companion.

My son had a brain tumour removed, which left him with weakness in his right arm, hand and leg. This was his dominant side, and he wasn’t using his arm/hand at all. I bought him these for him to use while he was watching movies, tv, etc to exercise his hand and thereby strengthen his muscles. He found they worked, and he’s using his arm and hand more now. Don’t get me wrong, it didn’t happen overnight, but put the work in and you’ll see results.

Clearly labelled with the resistance levels. Whether they are actually the resistance they say is irrelevant as it's all about you handling the resistance levels. Purchased for hand problems and they have helped resolve my issues. Well worth the money and recommended. As with most exercises for Pain etc the range of resistance is perfect from very light to quite firm

I was experiencing pain and weakness in both my hands when fishing, walking the dog and even picking up full glasses of water. The weakness was mostly localized in my thumb (and my ability to pinch things). I knew I needed something that would be easy to use in a variety of ways to work on the grip strength specifically in my thumb and the way it interacts with my other fingers, and these rings have been perfect. By changing up how I hold them I have been able to restore a lot of strength and tactile precision in just a few weeks. I was concerned that most the of rings would be too easy to make any difference but in fact I haven't even touched the heaviest resistance ones yet, only the two lightest resistance. They are soft, there was no odor, they're easy to use and adapt, they'll suit a range of hand and grip strengthening needs, they're portable, they're incredible value for the money.

Perfect for small end of day while watching TV excercise. As an artist my hands get used to holding the brush etc. I try to do these each week. They are fun and colorful too just like it described
