it arrived yesterday, today I tried to install, but the system keeps saying "No available storage for Recording", the system can't read HD, I called for help, but was told that someone would contact me from China within the next 3 or 4 days. They sold a junk unit and have no customer service? The seller needs to remove these items or be removed from Amazon.

Great product! It has been couple weeks and has been working seamlessly so far. Great customer support as well. Nancy was very kind, she calls and makes sure the system is running as it should. Love it!

when you buy these you are on your own..the seller will not call, email, help whatso ever with the set up, the phone app is full of adds...buy something else...

Just replaced my older Night Owl system with this (only because my DVR died after 10 years) and I love it. Better playback features (backward/forward/slow motions etc.). The camera's are also made in a way that you can position them at any angle vs. my older camera's. The video quality is really good, same with night vision.

Review of the Surveillance System Over several years, I purchased four video recorders of this brand, designed for 4 and 8 cameras. The first two devices worked without major issues; however, problems appeared with the last two recorders. 1. The second-to-last video recorder Stopped working properly with the hard drive. As a result, the system cannot record video, and the recorder essentially fails to perform its primary function. 2. The most recent video recorder Video recording is active; however, the event function is unstable: • events are not always displayed even though there is movement in the frame; • the connection to the cameras is periodically lost, and during these moments video recording does not occur; • sometimes the system shows an event even though nothing actually happens in the frame. As a result, the system’s behavior is unpredictable, and identical devices under similar conditions and settings operate differently, which makes them difficult to rely on. Overall, I am not satisfied with this purchase.
