Fantastic taste! Very high heat level. Great health benefits, of course! Very versatile. No smoking! The oil content and quality were excellent!... and it's not exported or blended, but it's a Homemade, all-NATURAL, 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Truly one of the best oils you can buy on the west coast. Rich but not overpowering. Very versatile, you can use it for cooking or for finishing dishes, as well as salad condiments. It's also cheaper than the price in the grocery stores.

I've been in search of my perfect high quality olive oil over the last year or so, and have been trying many from all over the world, including Italy and Morocco, usually in the $30 a bottle range. I was a bit skeptical about an olive oil meeting high quality from California (naive I know, but I kinda assumed for a top notch evoo it had to come from one of the previously mentioned countries) however, to my surprise, this oil is FANTASTIC. It's got all the things I'm looking for; great smell, a full, somewhat grassy, plantlike taste to tell you it's about as close to the actual raw plant as you can get, and that peppery finish we all look for that tells us it's loaded with healthy polyphenols. In fact, it's so peppery at times that it causes me to cough when just having it by a tablespoon. Lol, For me that's a good thing. I WILL be buying this way more often from now on, and may have even taken the #1 spot on my list so far!
