HONEYBULL Anti Grinding Guard Set, Comfortable Custom Mouth Guard for Nighttime Teeth Grinding (Mix, 6.0, Count)

I was waking up with pain in my teeth from bruxism (teeth grinding) due to stress and that was causing me to wake alot during the night. I tried other mouth guards that just have the bit that goes over the back teeth but I bit through them on the first night. Not with this one! The set comes with 6 same size guards, but 3 are thicker. I started using the thinner one and have had it for a week now, used every night and haven't bitten through it. Very well made, very comfortable to use...sleep restored! Good price, easy to use and has saved my sanity...and teeth!

Did use this for a while, good fit, easy instructions. Still grinding but not as bad!

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now for teeth grinding, sore jaw and tension headaches associated with grinding. I found the moulding process easy, and the fit is great. The mouth guard has completely solved my jaw pain and headaches. It’s a shame you can’t just order one thickness as I don’t need both types, but I’ll need to continue using one size of these. One guard has lasted me around 2 weeks

These are similar to other mouth guards I've tried for grinding which were too bulky imo to sleep with. They seem to be good quality and if yo u an handle that it's okay but for me I dont personally get along with them. I'm sure they would help with teeth grinding though with the padding between the teeth.

After years of waking up with headaches and a painful jaw, I thought I would try wearing a guard. I'm not really a grinder, but ! have a bad habit of clenching my teeth even during the day. As I have never tried a guard before I went for this set as it gave me the opportunity to try two different sizes. I decided to wear the guard on my lower teeth as this fitted better and felt more natural to me. I found the thinner guard very easy to mould and comfortable to wear. My sleep quality has improved and I'm now waking up relatively pain free.

Terrible. Usually get guards from Boots. Chanced it with these. Brutal. No bite plate to get them fitted properly, was the worst part. Followed instructions every time. Each time something different went wrong. Going by the price, suppose it's my own fault for buying them.

Easy to mould, comfortable to sleep with. Easy to clean. Clearly I grid more than I thought, so going to try the thicker one next time. Overall happy with purchase and feel it is good value for the cost. Never going to last like the dental ones, ( by the way, this is more comfy able than them) but at a fraction of the cost I can buy more. Recommend and will purchase again

Wow! Ich bin sehr begeistert. Schon beim Auspacken machen die Schienen einen super Eindruck. Sie riechen nicht, fühlen sich gut an, keine Kanten oder Nähte. Auch das Anpassen hat super geklappt. War erst etwas skeptisch, aber wenn man einen Schritt nach dem anderen macht, wie es in der Beschreibung steht, klappt es super. Für den Preis so tolle Qualität! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Overall i am very pleased with this product ... it has significantly improved the deterioration of the Tooth Enamel due to Clenching and Grinding of teeth during deep sleep ... I use it only on the Upper Jaw ... It is very important to follow the instructions provided to custom fit the Mouth guard .. For the 3mm thick (Use a timer and dip for exactly 20 seconds only else the silicon material will go too soft ... For the 6mm thick (you may have to use couple of cycles of dipping in boiling temperature water to get he preferred comfortable fit on your teeth and mouth) ... On areas shown in the Manual, carefully trim the edges (if required) to fit the gum line without any discomfort

Delivery ontime, the item is as described, good quality, easy installation, no hidden unexpected problems, works as advertised, but requires some practice to shape guards really well for comfortable wear. But it works, highly recommend.

I am grateful to the seller for this awesome product and to Amazon for making it available in India. Bite guards are a necessity for people like me, and so far I had to buy overpriced ones from dentists. This product is not only reasonably priced but the quality is very good. I will buy again when required. Recommended to everyone if you are looking for a bite guard.
