I am going through chemo treatment and had a port placed right wear my seatbelt crosses. In the beginning it was very sore and easily irritated by the seatbelt touching it. This pillow has given me great comfort and eases my mind. It was very easy to hook on the seatbelt and is thick and comfortable. It is really easy to take off and throw in the wash if needed. This was purchased as protection for a newly implanted chemo port. However, the port was on the right side, and these pillows are only functional if you are the passenger in a car, not the driver. Better suited for a pacemaker if it is located on the left side of your body.
