Excellent quality! The color is very vibrant and does not alter the flavor of my desserts at all. I love that it's a more natural option. With a very small amount I achieved the perfect yellow for my cake. Totally recommended!"

It has a slight yucky taste when adding to the frosting (it’s tumeric afterall) and it creates a Gold color, not yellow. Still on the hunt for a yellow. (The blue in this pic is spirulina which I’d highly recommend)

We are using this for an ingredient in our new beverage business. So far we are loving how easy it is to use and offer the same benefits as fresh. We will be using this along with other products from this line. The color quality is on point and we definitely get a bang for our buck. We are only offering natural ingredients with no dyes so this is perfect for our needs.
