I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m running low on these so had to repurchase and saw so many recent reviews talk about how big and sharp and chalky the pills are and how it hurts their stomach. I research a lotttttt before I buy products and this one was highly recommended. I’ve been taking 2 nightly for over a year. I take them with 2 calcium pills. I have no problem swallowing all 4 at once. Are there reviews just not drinking water when they swallow pills?? Theyre smaller than a standard fish oil pill. I measured and they’re 3/4” long. I also don’t get any bad gastro side effects, and I have IBS and have to do many low fodmap things etc my gut is very sensitive. They help me stay asleep at night and give me the necessary magnesium that I’m low on. Would absolutely recommend.
