These are so easy to take and so far the only thing that has actually helped my hubby get decent sleep. He hasn’t had any adverse side effects either. He says they taste good too.

These OLLY Extra Strength Sleep Gummies with 5 mg melatonin work effectively for a full night’s sleep. I’ve experienced no side effects, no stomach discomfort, no smell, and no stickiness. The sugar content is low, which is a nice bonus. Overall, they are easy to take and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. I highly recommend!

I’ve struggled with insomnia for the last 10yrs but my issue is falling asleep and getting sleepy in time for bedtime and I prefer a herbal or natural remedy to help me. I usually drink herbal teas but I decided to give these Olly gummies a try since they have some of the herbs I drink to help me sleep but also because they’re way more convenient than brewing a cup of tea. The gummies were fresh and had the normal gummy texture, had a dark purple color, tasted like blackberries, had a hint of sweetness. They were really effective for me but I had to eventually take them 2hrs prior to bedtime instead of the 30mins they suggested because my sleep struggles are real 🙄🤣… My insomnia therapist highly recommends too so I’m definitely purchasing them again.

I love all the OLLY products, they work so well. I have difficulty sleeping so I take one or two and sleep like baby and no drowsiness in the morning.
