It has been many years since I have purchased a new home paper shredder. After looking at the low-priced models, seemed to me I needed to check out some more expensive models. For a few dollars more (and I mean just a very few dollars more once you consider buying lubricant for the shredder) I bought the next level up. This model works great, does NOT need additional lubrication, and shreds paper into confetti-like particles. So far it is working great and could not be happier.

Take care of your Machine and it will last a long time, 3 or 4 sheets is not a problem, just remember it’s doing a great service for you, Quality and looks pleasantly for any office. Works perfect ever time

Had an issue with my shredder about a month or 2 before the warrantee ended. The response from the service team was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to replace my shredder. The service team was very responsive to my issue. Would definitely recommend doing business with them.

I use it to shred small things that I don't save for when the city has a shred fest day when citizens can take up to 2 bags of items that should be shredded. My old one just gave up; I'd had it for years though so it was definitely worth it to me to replace it. It's a bit louder than the other one I think but it's been ages since I'd used the old one.

I had a large expensive shredder and one of the plastic gears stripped incapacitating it. I purchased this reasonably priced unit and it works just as well as my more expensive one. I’m happy with the smaller size also.

Jammed/stopped working the 3rd time I used it. It worked with 10 pages but with a struggle, so I counted out 6 to 9 pages at a time because I didn’t want it to jam. After about 6 applications it stopped working completely. No red light, no light at all. It did not feel warm or overheated. Let it sit overnight in off position. Still not working in the morning. Tried unplugging for a while, still not working. Amazon taking back.

I like the shredder… It's compact enough, but definitely not too small for residential use. It hasn't overheated on me and it can accept quite a few pages at one time. I'm confident shredding sensitive paperwork as well because the cross-shredding is so fine. Well done.

Works well most of the time. 3 months after purchase it gave me issues. Seemed like it had paper stuck in but only affected feeding paper. It still ran fine, just would not let paper in. Thought initially it had major problems, but was able to get it cleared out. Took a lot of time figuring this one out. Working fine again.
