I appreciate the ability to include Omega 3 in my diet and this product is easy to take. The glass bottle and being Carrageenan free is very important to me as a nutritionist. I'd like to see a product that includes polyphenols and no Omega 6 for the optimal Omega 3 benefit since most people get enough Omega 6 in their diets. Thank you.

This is an an easy to swallow gel capsule with no fishy after taste. Serving size states one capsule while the suggested use recommends you take 2 capsules once a day. So the bottle could either be a one month or 2 month supply. I guess know what your dietary needs are, and if you are taking this supplement for maintenance or for improvement. Otherwise consult a physician before taking.

I tried fish oil pills in the past and it was pretty bad. It slightly affected how i smelt, gave me gas, etc. So I was very weary about trying another Omega 3 supplement. But these are fantastic. No side effects. These paired with s good multivitamin can really gave me a good turn around. If your feeling like something is missing from your diet, give it a try.

The product has no taste at all, which I think is great. The only downside is that they all stick together, which is common with this type of medication.

This product is excellent. I have a lot of consumer experience with clean supplements and many do not work at all. This is one of the few products that shines on its own. I feel much sharper and have higher. awareness when I take these. My words are more effortless and I can tap into more of my brain to find phrases I haven’t used in years. My wife is vastly more intelligent than I am but when i take these omegas I’m able to better keep up with her in conversation. She knows based on my responses whether I’ve taken them. This omega 3 is the worst formulation I ever had, I had horrible cystic breakouts for weeks until I stopped taking this supplement. I’m sure this supplement has high iodine content, this is surely not allergen free. Beware.
