The texture of this hand cream is thick and creamy which is exactly what I need for the cold months and my dry hands. It is very moisturizing. The tub it comes in is perfect, no chance of accidental leaks when traveling. My biggest complaint, and enough to affect this whole review is that this smells nothing like “powdery vanilla”. The smell is unbearable and gave me the absolute worst headache. When I tried to wash it off I wasn’t able to fully get the smell out of my hands for a full 24 hours. The only way I can explain the smell is that it reminded me of my late grandmothers old antique perfume bottle collection and the awful overly potent smell they had when someone opened them. Maybe I just got an old bottle, who knows, but for the price paid I’m very disappointed in the fact that I can’t even use the product unless I want to smell like old perfume that’s turned and have a headache all day. I feel like better quality checks could be put into play when charging this much for hand lotion.

I was looking for another hand lotion for my purse and decided on this one. Don’t hesitate, it smells heavenly but it’s also deeply moisturizing! A slightly greasy feel after applying but it sinks in after a few minutes and I quite like that. I bought it on sale and went back for two more before the sale ended. It’s a decent amount so I expect it will last me but now I have a backup and one to give to my mom! I wish they made a full size body lotion of this!!

The texture of the handcream is smooth, and I especially love how non-greasy it feels-it absorbs quickly and leaves my hands soft without any residues. It’s officially become my daily handcream! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, lightweight handcream.
