Works well for the secondary spa pump motor starter
Our hot tub has 2 pumps. The primary pump uses a 50uF starter capacitor and the secondary pump uses this 40uF starter capacitor. This one is about a half inch shorter than the OEM one and easily fits inside the capacitor housing on the top of the pump.

Capacitance Reading was exactly 40uf
So far so good, I got my HVAC compressor running again. Very easy to install. Hopefully, this capacitor is reliable.

Worked on my Cambel Hausfeld
Recently I inherited this air compressor from my grandpa. It had been sitting for years and would not start. Not a big deal it just needed a little love and a few parts to get it back into service. Both the start and run capacitors were replaced, this got the motor running, but it wasn't shutting off cleanly (it was just bogging down the motor) so I needed a switch. The old one (manifold with regulator) is no longer made and the replacement uses a switch with 4 ports. You need to add a pressure regulator, safety value, tank pressure gauge and whatever airline fitting you intend on using. It took me awhile to figure out a fix for the original part being discontinued so hopefully this saves someone in the same situation some headache. I'm happy with it.

Works fine with my old centrac AC
- Seems to be Ok. Only time can tell how good it is. - Relatively cheap enough - My central AC works better with a new capacitor now.

It may not last as it should
I was replacing a corroded original capacitor (vintage 2010) which was still working. This replacement unit initially worked fine but it failed on 10-30-25. The observed durability is poor!

Se penso che per la sostituzione mi hanno chiesto 350 euro... darei 20 stelle. Comunque fa quello che deve fare ed il montaggio è semplicissimo! Usato per condizionatore samsung
