Work great

There is a reason this compact freezer is several pounds lighter than most and less expensive too. It's the insulation. This one is light and costs less because it must be less well insulated than the competition. Because it runs ALL THE TIME. Literally. All. The. Time. And it's obvious how often it turns on because it makes a very audible BLONK when it clicks itself off. And you will be absolutely amazed how frequently you hear that sound throughout the day and night. That being said, it's attractive and works well. It didn't take long to cool to an adequate freezing temp right out of the box and my frozen items remained frozen from the moment I put them in it. The closed door seems to have a good seal to it and I don't get into it very often. So these aren't the reasons it runs constantly. I have the 3.0 cu ft version and it is quite large. So measure your space carefully before ordering it. I got the stainless steel version and that affects only the door. The rest of the unit is black, exactly like my full sized refrigerator and stove. And that "blonk" noise it makes (mentioned above) - do keep that in mind if it's located anywhere near your bed. It's quite possibly loud enough to wake you up (about every 15 minutes) until you get used to it. I hear it clearly from the upstairs bedroom with it positioned downstairs in the kitchen. But it's not loud enough at that distance to actually wake me up from sleep.

So far I couldn't be happier. It came early which was a nice surprise. After reading the comments left by other shoppers decided to wait overnight before plugging the freezer in. Anything to do with refrigeration needs time to settle before plugging in. It's working like a charm.

Works great

Works great. Keeps food and ice cream frozen. Uses very little energy. Only draw back is it can be a little loud. I notice it when there is no other sounds.
