I wish they were less expensive but for lower back pain, they are unbeatable. Much easier to apply than the 2 round pads. This HiDow system has been the most effective pain management I've tried.

This is a great product, but it can have trouble staying adhered to the surface depending on where you use it. Otherwise works exactly how it's intended. Love it
